Qualifcations

With many years of experience and in-depth training I am qualified to offer sessions drawing from many modalities and working with a wide spectrum of challenges.

I hold a Level 4 diploma in Person-Centred Counselling working with adults, and a Level 5 diploma working with children and young people. I am continuously developing my practice with the latest thinking and techniques, so I can support my clients with a broad range of effective therapy.

Experience

Alongside running my own private practice I work as an Animal Assisted Therapist with children and young people.

I have worked as part of a counselling team at a performing arts school in South London, as well as providing long term counselling at a  women's centre in London.

I have worked in many different settings supporting people with a wide variety of challenges like stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, major life changes and loss. I have extensive experience in working with the challenges of living with neurodiversity in our society.

I've lived in 3 different countries which have given me a lot of life experience to draw from and taught me to meet everyone with curiosity and an open mind.

I'm here to help you take the first step.
